The story behind it

A small app built from a real training problem

The idea for MyPerfectFuel started with something very practical: my girlfriend often struggled with stomach and digestion issues during training. We realized it was surprisingly hard to remember what she had eaten before a session, how long before training she had eaten, and which gels or drinks had worked well during the workout.

We looked for a simple tool to track all of this, but most solutions felt either too complex, too focused on professional athletes, or not really made for everyday training.

So we built MyPerfectFuel — Not as another complicated performance platform, but as a simple way to understand your own body a little better.
